Hi I'm Morgan, a builder, developer and solutions architect based in Dubai and originally from France. I am currently at MongoDB where I help scaling pre-sales capabilities. As a self-taught developer with Product and Management background, I thrive on transforming ideas into tangible products and driving their adoption.

Pioneering music AdTech solutions
In 2017 I founded Cassette, driven by a passion to connect artists with their audience in the digital streaming landscape. Initially launched as a music recommendation chatbot on Facebook, Cassette evolved into Cassette Ads, a SaaS platform. This tool empowered record labels and artists to showcase new releases and events through interactive player ads on prominent press outlets, targeting specific audiences. Cassette achieved early success and was part of the French Tech delegation at Midem 2019.
Working on the future of artist funding
Cassette evolved into Curators.fm, an invitation-only platform that connects gatekeepers in the music industry. Two business partners joined me, and we received business angel funding to grow the company worldwide. As the CTO/CPO, I designed and developed the web app, the iOS and Android apps and our internal scouting tools.

Developing innovative maintenance solutions for complex engineering challenges
After gaining experience from my first business venture, I joined Thales to develop an internal project from Dubai. As a Product Owner, I was responsible for designing and creating applications that help Civil and Military maintenance operators complete complex tasks more efficiently. These tools are used globally, benefiting operators in Canada, Singapore, the UAE, Bangladesh, and Australia.
